First of all the order was not fulfilled 14 days ago. The tracking showed that the shipping label was created 6 days before UPS received the package. Also, I spent good money on this light sabtand CCSabers couldn't even send me a hard carrying case.
As my very first purchase of a very expensive replica, the saber itself did not disappoint. Zero complaints and very happy. The general unboxing however left much to be desired which hurt the overall feeling about how much money was spent for the experience that just missed the mark. The saber came in a box, a foam formed box which was fine, but the primary blade did not. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, and appeared to arrive without any visible damage, but at this price point, all of it should have been included in a single protective container of sorts for storage. Additionally, there were several other saber boxed used as stuffing for my box, which gave the false sense of having won something that ended up being just empty boxes for other hilts. I must say that I reached out to the company and did get a response back, one that was personally directed back to my experience. For that, and for the final product result, I give this review 4 stars. It's a great display replica, but I wish the overall unboxing had helped solidify a customer experience that matched the price point.
