Incredible saber! Sound is crystal clear and loud. This hilt is extremely screen accurate down to every detail, and it makes a great display piece for all collectors!
The 89 hilt was perfect! Extremely accurate ep 3 obi wan. the neopixel blade had to be sanded down to fit in the hilt emmiter though, so 4 out of 5 stars
Saber is a dream to weld in your hands. Shiny, heavy and loud. When I show it to friends they are amazed at the realistic sound and feel like they ate in A Star Wars movie.
To start with this review, I will say that CCSabers Customer service has been very nice. When the saber arrived, I noticed that they accidentally sent a 7/8 inch blade which was too small as the hilt fit a 1-inch diameter blade. I emailed them and they got back to me within 2 hours and created a shipping label for the replacement blade the same day. They were able to send it to me the following week, so I appreciate their responsive customer service and fast response.
To start with positives, The hilt is definitely high in quality and accuracy. The hilt's proportions are very accurate and better represent the hilt from the movie more than the LGT variations. The aluminum has a great finish, and the colors really shine. I also appreciate that the covetech wheel is 90 degrees rotated from the activation switch. I also find the value of my purchase increased with the included case that CCSabers gave to hold the saber and accessories. Speaking of Accessories, they do supply extra hex screws and a bottom closed off replacement pommel cap for display purposes. The saber's sound quality is very good, better than expected. Also I love the removable chassis that makes it easy to access the board and sd card. It comes preinstalled with fonts ready to be used out of the box. There is a lot to appreciate about this saber and I do think you get good bang for your buck.
That being said, there are some minor flaws that prevent me from giving this a full 5 stars. First, the placement of the Proffie board on the saber chassis is inconvenient. There isn't enough room for a micro USB plug to fit into the board. I even bought some adapters or other cords that had the micro USB port at an angular position and it still didn't work. The only way I was able to plug in the sound board was the peel it off most of the adhesive that was holding it to the board and tilt the board upward so a plug could get in. Not the best design choice. Secondly, I wish the blade plug was not the plastic one CCSabers provided. I wish they would provide the metal one that I see others sell. Thirdly, the blade build quality is mediocre. It's ok, but it is thinner than average making it more flimsy and the materials used do not make it as strong or good in quality as blades from other companies like Sabertrio. Lastly, the hex screws need constant retightening far more often than what my other sabers need. Due to the shallow blade insertion depth, the blade doesn't have a lot of room to hold so the hex screws need to be tightened securely. But even when they are, they loosen quite quickly. Usually after about swinging the saber around moderately for 5 minutes, the saber hex screws will get loose allowing the blade to come out enough for the neopixel pins to loose connection. It's not a major annoyance, but definitely a minor one.
Despite the flaws, I do find my purchase satisfactory and overall very happy with the saber considering what I paid for it. I am also happy with the customer service I got from CCSabers fixing the issue of the wrong blade being shipped with it. Definitely would buy again.
the obi was saber from ep 3 ROTS was amazing it came in on time, the packaging was great not damaged, and overall real happy with this purchase.

this was my first lightsaber and can I say I am very impressed, the seller was fast, helpful and kind when it came to a small issue. The quality is great and it is nice to spin and duel with!
Great Saber. I bought this for my wife and she was all giggles when it finally came in. The craftsmanship is top notch and it has tons of features as far as colors and sound go. The charging port in the front is also very convenient vs other sabers that need to be taken apart to access internal batteries.
