I bought the black neopixel version of this lightsaber and it looks gorgeous! The base's materials are high quality; it is made of a glossy finish metal and has a good weight. I can see some finger prints on the handle after use, but it's not nearly as bad of a finger print magnet as a glossy backed phone. The saber as a whole feels comfortable to hold and swing, but doesn't feel secure enough to duel with. The blade is also super vibrant, which is expected from any neopixel blade.
The software loaded on the saber works well enough. Lots of preset colors and effects, many of which are based on the sabers of popular Star Wars characters. The app (Xeno Configurator) for this saber on the other hand is questionable. It has a lot of functionality, but is not the most intuitive or reliable.
Finally, the customer support for the saber has been great! The ship time was under 2 weeks, and CCSabers was quick to respond and help when I had questions about usage.
